This notice explains how Consig AI, Inc. (“Consig AI,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects and uses information through our marketing website at consig.ai (the “Website”), including the cookies and similar technologies it uses, and the choices you have.
It covers the Website only. How we handle data in the Consig platform and services we provide to our customers, including call recordings, transcripts, and protected health information, is described in our Privacy Policy.

2. Information the Website Collects
Information you give us. When you fill in a form on the Website (for example, to talk to our team, download a resource, or try a live demo call), we collect what you enter, such as your name, work email, company, phone number, and message. We store it in our customer relationship management system (HubSpot) and use it to respond to you and follow up about Consig.
Live demo calls. If you use the “Try a Call” demo, we use the phone number you provide to place a call from our voice AI service, and we display the progress and transcript of that call on screen. We use the details you enter to follow up with you about Consig.
Usage information. Subject to your cookie choices (see Section 4), we collect information about how you use the Website, such as pages visited, links clicked, referring site, approximate location, browser and device type, and IP address.
3. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. The Website also uses similar technologies, such as browser local storage. We group them into the categories below.

Embedded Video
Our product videos are hosted by Vimeo. Videos play whether or not you accept cookies. If you have allowed analytics cookies, Vimeo may set its own cookies and collect viewing statistics. If you have not, we load the player in Vimeo’s “do not track” mode, which does not set cookies or collect viewing statistics.
Cookie lifetimes are set by each provider and range from the end of your browsing session to about two years.
4. Your Choices
When you first visit the Website, a banner lets you allow all cookies, decline non-essential cookies, or choose by category.
- Where consent is required (for example, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and certain other countries and U.S. states), analytics and marketing cookies are not used until you allow them.
- Elsewhere, analytics and marketing cookies are used by default, and you can decline them at any time.
You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the footer of every page. If you withdraw consent, the Website stops loading those technologies from that point on. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work as expected.
5. Other Services the Website Uses
To deliver the Website, your browser connects to some third-party services that receive your IP address as part of normal web requests:
- Amazon Web Services (CloudFront) hosts and delivers the Website.
- Google Fonts and jsDelivr deliver fonts and code libraries.
- ipwho.is estimates your country from your IP address so our contact form can preselect your phone number’s country code.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share Website information only with the service providers listed in this notice, who process it on our behalf, or where required by law.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email privacy@consig.ai. We will respond in line with applicable law.
