In short
Healthcare software platforms, patient-engagement companies, and service providers use Consig to run outbound patient calls without building the telecom, compliance, and conversation layers themselves. Intelibly added conversational calls to its dental network in a matter of weeks. Elevare Group offers Consig as part of its patient-engagement platform. One early customer automated 80% of its outreach and saves $700,000 a year.
Early customer · More than a million patients reached a year
Automating the painful 80%
One of Consig's early customers needed to reach more than a million patients proactively every year. Consig automated the painful 80% of that outreach (voicemails, follow-ups, call screening, incomplete interactions) so staff could focus only on the 20% of calls that led to meaningful clinical conversations. RJ Burnham shared the results at Plug and Play Orlando.
- 80%
- of outreach automated (voicemails, follow-ups, call screening, incomplete interactions)
- 10 FTEs
- reallocated to the calls that need a clinical conversation
- $700,000
- in annual savings
Healthcare software platform · Dental
Intelibly
Intelibly connects patients with in-network dentists across insurance networks and dental brands. It uses Consig to make sure that connection actually happens.
- Challenge
- A patient requests a dental appointment on Intelibly's platform, and then the provider has to reach them. Calling patients is essential but consumes staff time, and the loop often never closes.
- What Consig does
- Patients who request an appointment now receive a live, conversational call from Consig that verifies follow-up and schedules with the in-network provider. Consig handles dialing, identity verification, conversation, reporting, and warm handoff as one integrated system, with TCPA, HIPAA, and 50-state AI compliance enforced on every call.
- Result
- Intelibly integrated outbound calling into its platform's workflow in a matter of weeks, without assembling telephony and voice AI from separate vendors. The deployment is live across Intelibly's dental network and is expanding into additional outreach use cases.
“Connecting patients to the right provider at the right moment is the basic premise of our platform, and Consig enables us to close the loop to ensure the providers are connecting with the patients. Their team brought a working outbound voice engine — compliance, conversation design, and handoff — into our stack as one piece.”
Eric RindlerCEO, Intelibly “We [had] Consig build the outbound calling system [so] our team was able to focus on what we do with the data that comes back to us.”

Elevare Group
Elevare Group, the company behind Bridge and Medical Web Experts, adds Consig's live outbound calls to its patient-engagement platform.
- Challenge
- Elevare's customers (provider organizations and the technology vendors that serve them) kept asking for automated patient outreach, and many solutions fell flat. Building AI voice the right way takes telecom expertise, state-by-state compliance knowledge, and conversation logic that can't go wrong on a sensitive patient call.
- What Consig does
- Elevare's platform covers intake, payment, scheduling, telehealth, and messaging. Consig adds live, conversational outbound calls for appointment reminders, recall, no-show follow-ups, care-gap campaigns, and post-visit outreach.
- Result
- Elevare can offer its clients voice AI as part of a complete patient-engagement solution, without building or stitching together a voice stack of its own.
“Our customers trust us to help them improve operations and eliminate complexity, and Consig has built the seamless outbound engine the market has been waiting for. By partnering with Consig, we can offer clients a best-in-class voice AI as part of a complete patient engagement solution.”

Xela OS
Consig is the patient-facing voice channel for Xela OS, turning the longest unpaid hour in specialty care into a phone call that runs itself.
- Challenge
- A new specialty patient arrives without records. Most never complete the mailed ten-page questionnaire, so staff spend thirty to forty-five minutes on the phone filling gaps, and the clinician covers the same ground again in the room. That adds up to roughly an hour and a half of uncompensated work per new patient.
- What Consig does
- Xela knows the patient and owns the record, and Consig makes the call. In the first deployments, Consig converted a specialty pre-surgical questionnaire of more than sixty questions into a conversational voice form that patients answer by phone, in their own words, at a time that suits them.
- Result
- The completed form returns as structured data, with a full transcript and recording, and lands in Xela ready for the chart. The clinic needs no new integration work, and the same channel extends to scheduling, refills, recall, and post-visit follow-up.
“Xela ends it inside the medical record. Consig ends it on the phone. Together, we can collect a complete patient history before the visit, put it into the chart as structured data, and hand the clinical team back the hour and a half they were never paid for in the first place.”
Customer
