The afternoon takes up the questions that increasingly decide whether a healthcare AI company is built to scale: where patient data comes from, how it is traced from ingestion through to model output, what touches training pipelines, and who is accountable when something breaks. Those used to be engineering details. They are now diligence items — the things an investor, a health system's security review, or a regulator asks about first.
The panel is deliberately cross-disciplinary. Alongside RJ Burnham, the speakers are Arvita Tripati, MBA, Enrique (Rick) Sanchez Jr. and Roger Kuan. Lauren M. Taylor of The Council opens the session. The event is built for founders building AI-native healthcare and life science companies, and for the investors backing them, and attendance is capped at 100.
Consig comes at the question from the phone. Every outbound patient call the platform places generates conversation data — a recording, a transcript, a consent record, a disposition — and each of those is a provenance question of its own: who agreed to what, when, and what can be proved about it later.
