A reverse pitch session follows, in which provider and payer executives describe the problems they are actually trying to solve — the rarest and most useful hour at any healthcare AI event. A panel on where TechMed and HealthTech go next closes the afternoon. Speakers include David Metcalf of UCF, Kevin Sneed of USF, Habeel Gazi of HHG Healthcare & Life Sciences Consulting, Isabella Johnston of Employers 4 Change, and Juan Santos of Tavistock Group.
The Plug and Play Health Innovation Lounge opens at 4:00 PM, and Consig is among the startups presenting. The Lounge is Plug and Play Orlando's monthly gathering of founders, clinicians, health system leaders and investors, and the two events share both a venue and an afternoon.
Consig will be talking about how patient outreach fails long before the conversation does. Calls go unanswered because the number is unbranded or flagged, because the attempt landed at the wrong hour, or because nobody was ever authenticated on the other end. Consig is built from the telephony layer up to fix that, with consent enforced on every call, and a warm handoff to a nurse or coordinator when the call needs a person.

We were in the first Plug and Play Health cohort at GuideWell, and a lot of what we know about this market we learned in that building," said RJ Burnham, Co-Founder and CEO of Consig. Consig joined the inaugural cohort of the Plug and Play Health Accelerator in Orlando in 2025, alongside GuideWell, Orlando Health, KPMG and Tavistock Group, and presented at the program's Health Expo that November.
The main AIMed26 conference comes to Orlando November 11–13. Consig will be there.
