ORLANDO, FL, July 28, 2026. Consig, the voice AI engine for healthcare platforms, today announced that Jacqueline Cardillo has joined its advisory board. Cardillo is a healthcare executive and strategic advisor with more than 20 years of leadership across value-based care, physician engagement, and healthcare operations — spanning payer, academic medical center, multi-specialty, and primary care environments.

Cardillo has held senior leadership positions at a major health insurer, NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, and the largest multi-specialty physician group in New York City. Most recently she served as Chief of Staff at Millennium Physician Group, one of the largest independent primary care groups in the country. She was a member of the executive leadership team through a high-growth acquisition and private-equity transition, leading enterprise-wide initiatives that sustained top performance in value-based care. Her appointment brings Consig an operator's view of how patient engagement and value-based care actually work inside a practice — the environment Consig's platform customers live in every day.

"Value-based care depends on reaching patients between visits. The medication check, the follow-up appointment, the symptom nobody mentioned — each of those starts with a call the patient actually answers. I've run these programs inside large physician groups, and the constraint is always staff time. Consig removes that constraint."

"Our customers build the software that physician groups run on, and Jacqueline has spent her career inside the organizations they serve. When she tells us how an outreach program will actually land inside a practice, that's ground truth we can't get anywhere else. We're delighted to welcome her to the board."
